I lead with a pastoral heart: listening, encouraging, and helping people grow. Whether I’m guiding a production team or working through a technical problem, I want people to feel supported and equipped to serve.

When production problems arise, I listen, work through the details, and help the team find a practical path forward. My hands-on experience spans audio, video, lighting, Resi, Church Online, and automation connecting ProPresenter, ATEM, and Lightkey through RossTalk and MIDI.

I’ve led production teams at Shandon Baptist Church, Church Visuals, Butler Community Alliance Church, and Steel City Church. I approach leadership with care for each person, pairing clear direction and practical training with encouragement and room to grow.

I’m a leader and production professional with a passion for serving the Church through media and technology. My pastoral heart shapes how I lead: caring for people, listening to what they need, and helping them grow in confidence. My leadership experience spans teams at Shandon Baptist Church, Church Visuals, Butler Community Alliance Church, and Steel City Church. I enjoy connecting the creative and technical sides of ministry and helping teams work through production challenges with clear direction and patient support.
Based in Pittsburgh, I serve churches through production leadership, technical support, and training. Beyond the control room, my interests include storytelling through videography, drones, guitar, time with my family, and cheering on the Steelers, Pirates, and Gamecocks.
